Job Title: Inventory Manager
Location: Matawan, NJ
Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager at Canna Bar plays a crucial role in ensuring that our cannabis products are accurately tracked, managed, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the flow of inventory from receiving shipments to managing stock levels on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Oversight: Manage all aspects of inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking cannabis products.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records for all transactions and inventory movements to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product replenishment.
- Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular audits, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- System Management: Utilize inventory management software to track products, manage orders, and generate real-time inventory data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with budtenders and management to communicate product availability, support merchandising efforts, and optimize the sales floor.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve inventory issues, including damaged goods, discrepancies, or system errors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management, ideally in retail or within the cannabis industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.02 - $24.76 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
