Position Details: Full Time
Monday - Friday 12PM-7PM
Starting pay: $16 per hour
(after 90 day probation an additional $1 will be added )
Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 21 and older
- OLCC (Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission) A valid and active Marijuana Workers Permit. Required
- Basic math skills Required
- exceptional penmanship
Experience Required
- 2 years Customer Service
- 2 years Metrc experience
- 2 years Management Position
Duties
- Checking identification cards that are acceptable by the law of Oregon for legal sale and purchase of cannabis from a customer as you greet and assist in a friendly and professional manner.
- To self educate on the legal limits and what they can resemble in product form.
- Effectively provide customers with appropriate, accurate, and important information in a friendly and professional manner. Skillfully guide conversations to help customers find their desired product.
- Willing to intake new information about products
- Value the importance of your customer and customer needs.
- Process transaction accurately using the point of sale system (POS) including counting cash to verify amount given and counting back change.
- Able to navigate menus in the POS for item’s
- Being able to correlate items and item names and the appropriate stock to pull and sell from.
- Maintain a clean, organized and positive environment for fellow coworkers and customers, that includes areas and or not available to the general public
- Respect your management, coworkers and customers.
- Being able to communicate when unsure of procedures, tasks, instructions
- Able to communicate when not able to attend shifts in an appropriate manner.
- Being able to relay appropriate information in regards to Marijuana consumption methods and how to safely navigate the customer on the best and safest way to do such.
- Being able to deescalate a tense situation in a professional manner.

- Knowledge of the Oregon marijuana market, including marijuana flower products and grower producers.
- Experience in serving, customer service, money handling, and sales.
- Maintain inventory via metrc and physical stock
- Guiding co-workers in projects and tasks. Making sure that goals are being achieved in a friendly and positive way.
- Update menus and cases to reflect current stock
