Jpack Specialist
Primarily responsible for efficiently creating high quality infused joints and maintaining operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Sauced & Tossed
- Accurately and efficiently knock, weigh, twist, paint, pack, rock and tube .5 prerolls
- Maintain balance between speed and quality while keeping a steady work.
- Ensure each preroll is within weight requirements and visually appealing.
- Preroll
- When Sauced & Tossed needs are met, assist packaging with regular preroll production- knock, weigh, twist and pack .5 and 1g prerolls
- Logging/ documentation
- Maintain accurately log tracking personal progress
- If lead is absent, one specialist to keep track of numbers and averages for materials used and final counts. Otherwise, documentation is handled by the team lead.
- Cleaning
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Efficiently clean room at the end of day- tables, floors swept, under mats
- Assist packaging by offering help collecting packaging materials from/ for boxes.
- Communication
- Communicate with the lead any issues, and/ or techniques related to the manufacturing process or concerns over quality (off weights, short prerolls, proper technique).
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity;
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality;
- Assure compliance with Canna Organix' policies including but not limited to: state and local compliance/regulation (Washington State Liquor Control Board (LCB), GrowFlow), security protocols, access protocols, safety requirements, alcohol & drug policy, dress code, and work schedules;
- Take instructions and execute other duties as assigned.

- Minimum computer and mathematical skills;
- Ability to focus on a single task while remaining self-motivated;
- Ability to sit and/or stand, for 2-hour increments using hands repetitively for 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to carry objects up to 30 lb increments;
- Must be able to multitask;
- English language proficiency;
- 21 years old;
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- $16.28
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.66 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
