About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales representative to join our growing team. This role will report to a Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our distribution network in a specified region.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with wholesale, retail, and distribution partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities within your region and acquiring new business.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing product education, sales tools, and resolving any customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of sales or account management experience. Prior experience in local Hemp, Beverage, Supplements, or other CPG industries is ideal.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide excellent customer service.
