Front Desk Receptionist- New Buffalo Cannabis Club

Job Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Check customer IDs to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Manage the flow of customers in and out of the store to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with basic information about the store and products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing the check-in system and customer inquiries.
• An understanding of or willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations.
