As a Cannabis Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, dispensaries, and other key stakeholders in the cannabis industry. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our range of cannabis products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. We are looking for candidates in multiple areas of the state.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cannabis market, including dispensaries, retailers, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our cannabis products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cannabis products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
