A leading cannabis company in Florence, MA is hiring for a Professional Roller, specializing in premium hand-crafted blunts and joints. Whether you’re an experienced roller or new to the cannabis industry, we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to learn and grow. All candidates will start as Cannabis Technicians Level 1, with a clear path toward becoming a Professional Roller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-Rolling: Craft consistent, high-quality blunts and joints in line with daily production targets.
- Infused Pre-Roll Production: Work with concentrates, oils, and kief to produce top-tier infused products.
- Quality Control: Ensure every product meets weight, integrity, and appearance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive, fast-paced production team.
- Compliance: Follow all safety and cannabis regulations as per Massachusetts law.
Qualifications:
- No professional cannabis experience required.
- We will train anyone willing to learn.
- Arts & crafts skills, restaurant, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Must be 21 years old (per state regulations).
Compensation & Growth:
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 based on demonstrated skill and production output.
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives available for productivity and quality.
- Growth Pathway:
- Level 1 Technician – Entry Level ($16.00/hr)
- Level 2 Technician – Skill Development ($17.50/hr)
- Level 3 Technician – Advanced Production ($18.50/hr)
- Professional Roller – Elite Craft Specialist ($20.00 /hr)
Work Schedule:
- Open 7 days a week, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Minimum 32 hours per week required.
- Overtime available for weekend shifts.
