Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label cannabis products for in-store and online orders.
• Verify product information against customer orders to prevent errors.
• Maintain an organized and clean fulfillment area.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock rotation, and restocking as needed.
• Work closely with budtenders and the sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
• Follow all security and compliance protocols related to handling cannabis products.
• Provide excellent customer service when handing off orders or addressing any fulfillment-related concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and state-mandated regulations and work with management to fulfill any compliance or audit requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry; or
• 3 years of experience in order fulfillment in a retail store environment; and
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience

About You

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in New York
• Strong attention to detail and decision management skills within a fast environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
