Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. You will be the face of our dispensary, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience while adhering to all regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Educate customers on safe consumption practices and product effects.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations and POS systems.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
