Our clients consist of start-ups, adult and medical cannabis dispensaries, e-commerce businesses, hemp farmers, CBD and Canna Brands, and B2B service providers. Role:
Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while working with the sales and marketing teams to identify new initiatives and support activities across the customer journey, including customer acquisition, lead nurturing and retention/upselling.
We are looking for a self-starter that can execute thoughtful marketing campaigns, fill gaps in the marketing funnel and grow into a role to fully own marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Execute A/B and multivariate testing of website content, layout, navigation, etc.
· Deliver market research to identify opportunities and leads for sales team and to inform marketing strategy
· Leverage HubSpot Marketing Pro to develop marketing campaigns including email, PPC and social media
· Develop, implement and analyze marketing automations to optimize strategy and increase efficiency for sales and marketing efforts
· Identify and create segmented lists for marketing campaigns based on services, personas, industry news, etc.
· Implement lead scoring strategies and coordinate with sales team to foster and identify leads
· Promote and coordinate the development of e-books, one pagers and case studies, email automation setup and webinars
· Conduct client interviews, develop sales and marketing collateral, coordinate and promote webinars and podcasts, and apply for industry awards
· Develop sales and marketing assets to support campaigns and improve sales process
· Track reports and analytics to provide insights and iteratively improve marketing strategies
