Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager for Cannatron's Dispensary Supplies division. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence across assigned states and territories.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our client base within designated regions
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with dispensaries, processors, and other relevant businesses
- Work closely with our in-house team to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 2 years' experience selling directly into large Cannabis operators, including processors, MSOs, and dispensary chains
- Strong understanding of the cannabis supply chain and its impact on branding and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
