Metro Smoke Wholesale, (a partner to Cannatron) offers smoke shop accessories to retail locations in the Greater Cleveland Area. Our customers are established retail stores such as smoke shops, and Convenience stores who carry all the popular smoking accessories.

As the Growth Marketing Manager for Metro Smoke, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth across all channels, including B2B wholesale, eCommerce, and the cash-and-carry physical location. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to enhance brand presence, optimize customer engagement, and drive sales across both digital and physical platforms.
This role requires work to be performed full time, on-site , for Metro Park Wholesale, fully remote work not available.
Primary Duties :
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for wholesale, eCommerce, and physical retail operations, including the design and management of campaigns that drive lead generation, sales, and customer loyalty across digital and in-store channels.
- Growth Experimentation : Design and execute rapid growth experiments, analyzing results and scaling successful initiatives.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing efforts, integrating digital strategies with in-store promotions.
- Merchandising / Website Maintenance : Create and maintain product listings. Ensure accurate details including pricing, descriptions and images to Shopify site.
- Physical Retail Marketing : Plan and execute marketing initiatives for the cash-and-carry location, including local promotions and in-store events.
- Content Creation : Develop content for various platforms, including the website, social media, email, and in-store materials, to engage and inform target audiences.
- Market Research : Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs, using findings to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
