Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project submittals and schedules to align with overall project construction.
- Participate in end-of-month financial reviews, assessing budget completion status and reporting progress.
- Verify owner/client and subcontractor billings, managing account receivables.
- Lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure all parties understand their obligations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management for life science.
- Four-year college degree/Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), scheduling software (MS Project or similar) and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or similar).
