Position Overview
KODA Technologies is seeking a C3BM Intermediate Systems Engineer to perform as part of a team, Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. The selected candidate will participate in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation and present engineering product development updates. Utilizing expertise, the selected candidate will provide analysis and failure review summaries and make recommendations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support C3BM M&S development including the BCM, Federated Model, and CADE. Coordinate Flight Test Predictive Analysis to assess C2BMC system performance.
- Evaluate C3BM modeling Increments and initiatives. Provide coordination for Enterprise M&S activities.
- Provide systems engineering support to validate C3BM models used to assess system capabilities and limitations and inform development of MDS analysis capability provided to the Warfighter.
- Provide input on measures used to validate models, evaluate test cases to ensure performance adequately assessed, interpret test results to identify problems and impact to overall system capability, provide developer and MDA/BC Project Office feedback on sensor model algorithms, and research.
- Provide recommendations on model improvement opportunities that will have the most impact to the overall system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM and 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity/algorithm knowledge of C2BMC capabilities and any models/simulations skills
- Python, MATLAB, Visual Basic, supporting simulation environment evaluations, a plus
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
- Engineering Degree
- Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
- Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required
