Position Overview

KODA Technologies is looking for a talented Senior Qualification Test Engineer to join our team supporting a government customer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems
• Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors, Live Fire
• Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD)
• Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features
• Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle
• This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems
• 25% Travel
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• BS or BA degree
• 10 years of test and evaluation experience
• 2 years experience in weapon system qualification testing (can be part of the 10 years above)
  
  

Clearance

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required
