Are you a visionary leader with a passion for growth? We are accepting applications for an experienced, dynamic Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a qualified applicant with experience in the fields of commercial, industrial electrical work and / or Telecommunications. Familiarity with Federal Government contracts is required.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of projects including, but not limited to, management and administration of the contract, overseeing the management and administration of subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, and project controls. The PM works in conjunction with the General Manager on all facets of project planning, execution, controls, and closeout to maintain or improve the balance between scope, budget, time, and quality. This role will be based out of our office located on JBLM. This position is a Safety Sensitive position.
What We are Looking For :
- Proven Electrical and Telecommunication experience in estimating, project management and ability to serve clients with distinction.
- Proven history in the Federal Contracting space
- Ability to build financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and analyzing variances.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task numerous projects and assignments.
- Provide supervisory and educational support to your team.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a team.
- Track record of Managing Multi-Million Federal Contracts or Programs required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
