What We're Looking For:
We need an experienced leader who knows how to take ownership, optimize processes, and guide projects to success. If you have 10 years in Telecommunications-Utility construction, expertise in bidding, estimating, and managing large-scale projects ($3M and above), and the ability to multitask like a pro, we want you on our team!
Your Key Qualifications:
β Expertise in Telecom & Electrical Estimating - Strong bid work and unit price contract experience.
β Tech-Savvy - Proficiency with contract status reports, Excel, and estimating software.
β Financial & Budgeting Skills - Forecasting, scheduling, and analyzing variances.
β Strategic Thinker - Identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive success.
β Strong Communication & Teamwork - Collaborate effectively and lead with confidence.
β Analytical & Troubleshooting Mindset - Ability to analyze data and resolve issues efficiently.
β Security Clearance & Base Pass - Must be eligible to obtain Military Security Clearance.
β Safety First! - This position is classified as a Safety-Sensitive Role.
