JOIN CANNON as a STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING INTERN in our IRVINE OFFICE. PROJECTS INCLUDE Military and Aerospace, Commercial and Industrial Structures, Piers and Sea Walls, Foundations for Tanks and Equipment, Support Structures, Structural Assessments and Evaluations.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING INTERN JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of a Project Manager or Project Engineer, a Structural Engineer Intern provides basic engineering calculations and analyses support, in the office and in the field, on a variety of engineering projects. We offer a minimum of 15 hours per week (depending upon available work), Monday thru Friday, with a flexible schedule between 8 am – 5 pm.
Requirements
- Working on a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college.
- 3rd or 4th year engineering student who can work through the summer.
- Previous internship experience is required.
- Successful completion of EIT exam highly desirable.
