Dental Hygienist
Cannon Crossroads Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to be an integral part of our team.
Days needed: Tuesday-Thursday with rotating some Mondays and some Fridays

About Us:
Cannon Crossroads Dental Care is a unique practice that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. With a practice manager and a highly trained team, you'll be connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions
