As an Automation Analyst you’ll design and implement innovative automated solutions that enhance workflows and improve efficiency across the firm. Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll help drive our commitment to excellence in legal operations through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and improve business processes using automation tools like Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
  • Develop and maintain automated systems to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Stay ahead of legal tech trends to spearhead innovative initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Strong technical expertise in workflow automation and process improvement tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 3 years of experience in application design, development, and support.
  • Knowledge of AI / machine learning concepts (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
