Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies, programs, and policies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing information security team.
- Conduct risk assessments and lead the firm’s response to security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001 / 2, and privacy laws.
- Serve as a liaison to clients for audits, RFPs, and security-related concerns.
- Oversee security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide risk reviews for system changes and vendor solutions.
- Lead security awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
