Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement platform strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
- Foster collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee multiple projects/workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a positive, innovative culture.
- Align with the firm's data architecture and vendor strategy for scalable solutions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of leadership experience, with 5 years in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology management, cloud technologies, and DevOps infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, including to C-level audiences.
