The Experience
- 1 year of experience in marketing, digital media, project coordination, or business administration.
- Some exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital media platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, or Trello), and Slack.
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, or content marketing workflows is helpful but not required.
The Daily
- Transferring assets between departments and ensuring proper organization.
- Assisting Account Managers and Directors in the coordination of campaign details and timelines between clients and internal teams.
- Helping track and facilitate project tasks to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Supporting the execution and monitoring of email, paid digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- The Project Coordinator works alongside Account Leads focusing on communicating the small but crucial details that contribute to client success and efficient team collaboration.
