Quality Technician - 1st Shift
Pay: $20/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
Description:
- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure that all quality standards are met daily according to the Quality Policy. Troubleshooting why a product did not meet quality specifications and implementing processes and procedures to meet specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven background in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of blueprints.
- Proven problem solving and leadership skills.
- Understanding measuring devices and techniques.
- Knowledge of inspection codes.
- Proactive approach to all duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods at a time and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
- Participate in performing in-house calibrations on all tools used in the production area.
- Participate in managing the calibration system.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in problem solving activities, as assigned.
- Conduct first article inspections.
- Assist in writing work instructions and inspection criteria.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
