Stockroom Lead (Manufacturing)
Pay: $53k-70k/ yr.
Shift: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm)
Description:
- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking at Stockroom Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in a manufacturing facility stockroom. This person will also be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management by receiving, storing, and distributing materials to production lines while maintaining accurate records. Provide leadership and oversight to the stockroom staff as well as coordinating with multiple departments to optimize material flow.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Inventory & materials management experience
- Proven success working independently within established procedures associated with the specific job junction.
- Computer knowledge and ability to adapt to different data management systems
- Problem solving ability to streamline the inventory processes
- Confident in their knowledge, consistent with processes, highly detail-oriented, and communicate effectively to the rest of the stockroom staff.

Job Duties:
- Provide daily leadership and oversight to stockroom staff.
- Inspect all incoming material for quality and accuracy.
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders for discrepancies.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and verify physical inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Accurately store materials in designated locations within the stockroom.
- Manage stock rotation to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies.
- Process kits to production by pulling and staging required materials.
- Coordinate with planning & production departments to ensure delivery of kits aligns with production schedules.
- Manage the stockroom layout and organization to optimize space utilization.
