Welder / Fabricator (2nd Shift)
Pay : $17 and up based on weld test
Shift : 2nd Shift
Description :
We are seeking a Welder / Fabricator for our team to fabricate quality parts, while fulfilling our customers’ needs and meeting their product specifications in a timely manner.
An Ideal Candidate will have :
1 year or more of both Mig and Tig Welding experience
Ability to utilize measuring and power tools
Knowledge and proven work experience in Manufacturing environment
Ability to perform both Mig & Tig Welding applications proficiently
Thorough knowledge of Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols
Ability to stand for more than 4 hours at a time, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Job Duties :
Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily
Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols
Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing
Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met
Notify supervision of faulty equipment and / or defective materials
Determine and perform routine maintenance on equipment used
De-bur and grind metal as necessary for proper surface texture
Perform other duties as assigned
