About the Role: 

Cannondale is looking for a Technical Project Manager on our Enterprise Project Management Org (EPMO) team to lead projects from start to finish, overseeing the full lifecycle from intake through execution and closure. You’ll work closely with internal and external developers as well as business owners to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams while managing project scope, risk, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping communication clear, expectations aligned, and collaboration strong throughout every phase of the project.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of all assigned projects including digital development
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies while managing the scope with appropriate change control measures in place (scope, schedule, budget)  
• Work within the EPMO framework of intake, planning and prioritization prior to project execution
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver executive steering committee updates when necessary
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including data owners and stewards, Business Analysts, Technical Product Owners, and subject matter experts to understand their needs, priorities, and requirements
• Work closely with third party development partners where necessary
• Responsible for successful delivery of development programs/projects with integration of organizational change management
• Coordinate cross-functional team’s integration in the development and successful completion of small through large-scale initiatives across the entire project lifecycle
• Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization while meeting project goals and timelines  
• Ensure change and adoption of projects is managed, communicated and monitored  
• Ensure project closure with correct documentation including lessons learned 
• Ensure successful completion of Internal and External Audits on Projects 
• Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture 
• Contribute to the company's success by leading and assisting in other projects and tasks assigned 
• Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function 
• Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• 5 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology management, engineering or a related field required
• Proven Stakeholder management and organizational change management skills
• Experience in various project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid etc 
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa 
• Relevant and recent experience leading projects from start to finish in multiple of the areas below:  
  • Small to Large scale solution build & deployments across multiple regions, applications and areas 
  • Experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts 
  • Experience in execution of business change management as part of a project 
  • Experience in smoothly transitioning (technical) project deliverables to support team 
• Excellent written and oral communications skills 
• Effective negotiating skills 
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Azure Devops, PowerAps/PowerBI/Power Automate, MS Excel, etc.  
• PMP Certification a plus
