- This position requires travel to patients in their home when necessary
- Schedule is Monday through Friday
- Spanish speaking required due to patient population
- Company car, cell, and credit care provided
- Provides comprehensive clinical primary patient care through interviewing, examining and establishing treating plan for patients to meet their health and wellness needs.
