Boathouse Concierge

Position Overview:
Under the umbrella of Canoe Place Inn & Cottages, the Boathouse Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for Exclusive Resorts members staying at the Waterfront Residences at Canoe Place. This individual is responsible for curating an exceptional guest experience, overseeing every detail from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-up. With a commitment to seamless service, personalized hospitality, and elevated luxury standards, the Concierge ensures that each stay is effortless, memorable, and aligned with the expectations of Exclusive Resorts members. Team Member will also be responsible to assist with Canoe Place Guests, along with Boathouse Owners when possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Arrival Coordination:

Communicate with Exclusive Resorts Travel Team and guests in advance to understand preferences, special requests, and personalized needs.

Arrange private transportation, in-residence dining, grocery stocking, activity reservations, and special occasion amenities prior to arrival.

Ensure residences are prepared and inspected according to Exclusive Resorts’ luxury standards.
Guest Experience & On-Site Services:

Personally welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm VIP introduction to their residence and its amenities.

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for any requests throughout the stay, including dining reservations, yacht charters, private chefs, wellness services, and curated local experiences.

Coordinate daily housekeeping services, maintenance needs, and special guest requests to ensure seamless execution.

Provide local insights and personalized recommendations to enhance the guest’s stay.

Act as a liaison between guests, the hotel, and Exclusive Resorts to anticipate and fulfill all needs proactively.
Departure & Post-Stay Engagement:

Coordinate departure logistics, including luggage assistance, transportation, and final residence inspections.

Conduct post-stay follow-ups, ensuring feedback is documented and shared with relevant teams.

Maintain relationships with Exclusive Resorts guests, personalizing future stays based on past preferences.
Skills & Qualifications:

Luxury hospitality experience, preferably in concierge, guest relations, or butler services at a luxury hotel, resort or private residence club.

Strong knowledge of Hamptons luxury lifestyle, including restaurants, activities, and exclusive experiences.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile guests confidently and discreetly.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve guest needs proactively.

High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring every guest request is flawlessly executed.

Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple departments.

Proficiency in property management systems and concierge software (experience with StayNTouch is a plus).

Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.

Flexibility to accommodate guest needs at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
