17416-1 Manufacturing Technician I - Maple Grove, MN (part-time hours, onsite)

POSITION: Manufacturing Technician I

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Part-time

LOCATION: Maple Grove, MN

SCHEDULE: Saturday & Sunday; 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (possibility for more hours)

PAY RANGE: $19.35 - $24.71 an hour paid weekly. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

ASSIGNMENT: 12-month assignment (temp to hire) looking to start ASAP after onboarding.

Job Purpose:
Under close supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time.
2. Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product.
3. Train and provide technical support to product builders.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
Technical and or troubleshooting on equipment or manufacturing equipment.
Mechanic background

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
