POSITION: Administrative Assistant
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time
LOCATION: New York, NY 10036
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
PAY RANGE: $40.75 hourly
Contracted: 03/31/2025 to 09/30/2025 (temp to hire)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple Senior Managers and their teams. The role requires extensive experience in calendar management, travel scheduling, and expense processing, working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance and the ability to work under pressure are critical.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar management for multiple senior managers
- Travel scheduling and expense processing
- Communicating and interacting with all levels of the group and across business functions
- Serving as a resource for company policies and procedures
- Organizing client entertainment functions as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level
- Extensive experience with Concur for travel and expense processing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time constraints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Outlook for calendar management and communication

- CONCUR
- MS OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
- OUTLOOK
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
