Position: Customer Service Representative
Full-time: 40 Hours
Locations: Chandler, AZ
Assignment: 2/17/2025 – 2/16/2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 hourly, paid weekly.

This is an in-office position, and candidates are expected to be onsite 5 days a week.
Training will be for two days, and the shift is the same as above.
Position Summary:
- Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. - Venture Services Group (VSG) is a 60 person team of experienced professionals, led by three Managing Directors, focused on servicing the needs of the Private Equity and Venture Capital community. The team provides custody and in-kind distribution services to 400 Funds and operates in a fast-paced environment in 6 offices nationwide. We are seeking a client associate with 1 years of professional experience and a good attitude to add to our client service team in Phoenix, AZ.
- This Venture Services Group Client Associate (CA) role is an operations support position, providing dedicated operational support to a 40 person team.
- Incumbents will support office initiatives, primarily in the maintenance of client account data.
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy/procedures, gain clarity on various products / services and research, and resolve issues with client accounts.
- Display passion, commitment and deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives.
- Must possess the skills to navigate between multiple screens and accurately typing relevant notes and information.
- Computer Literacy and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communications skills, great grammar, and the ability to communicate with management and peers.
- Positive attitude that embracing coaching as an opportunity to improvement in current role.
- Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information in a responsible manner
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
