Position : Financial Analyst (Cost Basis Team)

Full-time : 40 Hours

Locations : Pennington, NJ 08534

Assignment : 3 / 24 / 2025 – 7 / 24 / 2025 (temp to hire)

Schedule : Monday – Friday with occasional OT.

Pay Range : $24.00 hourly, paid weekly.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Good attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position.

Upon completing the training, this role will transition to a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home each week.

Occasional overtime may be required to support business needs, especially during Tax Season (January – April).

Position Summary :

• The financial analyst will be a part of our Cost Basis Team.
• This team handles branch inquiries and update requests received from clients to Front Line Units submitted via New Service Gateway and email regarding updates and research of cost basis reflected in our Global Tax Lots system.
• Additionally, the associate will research and resolve transactional breaks that result in inaccurate cost basis that requires manual update.
• A successful candidate will have some experience working with financial statements and records with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Tax Reporting Operations is responsible for accurate reporting of covered securities and tax lots to the Internal Revenue Service so the ability to update tax lot records accurately and efficiently is required.
