FULLTIME: ASAP (once onboarding clears) – 9/17/25 (potential temp to hire based on performance)
LOCATION: Pennington, NJ
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5pm
PAY RANGE: $22.29/hr paid weekly

Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, Banking & Personal Retirement Operations provides support for Private Bank accounts and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Performs standard transaction processing and reconciliation according to the established written guidelines and procedures

Responds to client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service

Performs basic research, follow-up and resolution of routine research requests

Identifies potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalates risk concerns, as needed

Provides general operational support including mail sorting, and mail distribution

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
