Position : Lockbox Specialist (Level I) – JP213136

Full-Time : 40 Hours

Contract : ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 3 / 30 / 2026

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule : 3rd / Thursday thru Monday / 9 : 15pm until 5 : 45am

Pay : $18.00 hourly, paid weekly.

NO TIME OFF WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS OR HOLIDAYS!

Potential for extension or permanent conversion for the right candidate.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer / client documents received via US mail

2. Position requires the operation of high-speed machinery

3. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

4. Ability to work in a fast pace environment

5. Basic PC knowledge

Image Capture Representative (Scanning)

Responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer / client documents received via US mail, overnight mail and local courier.

Individual ensures that the documents are scanned / imaged appropriately, following department guidelines.

Position requires the operation of high speed machinery used to scan / image documents

Duties include : user maintenance on machine, extracting documents from envelope, identifying exception transactions; cash handling, credit card payments and foreign items.

Responsible for performing Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare and Special Health Logic Match and Compare as requested by client.

Ability to identify different work flows, and document retention.

The individual must be capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment, including sitting for prolonged periods of time.

Proactively identify and manage risk, leveraging the Risk Framework.

Stay informed of key priorities and business updates.

Must be able to lift / move boxes, trays, and racks of work up to 50 lbs

Working Conditions :

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
