Position : Sr. Operations Representative
Location : Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Assignment Length : 2 / 24 / / 2025 – 2 / 24 / 2026
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (EST)
Hourly Rate : $21.03 paid weekly.

Good attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote upon completion of training.
Position Summary :
- The Investment Operations Team is responsible for TRACE reporting for eligible trades executed by the Investment Solutions Group (ISG).
- This opportunity is available within the Trading Services organization to support functions for Private Bank Investment Operations.
- The Investment Operations associate will be responsible for providing daily operational support of fixed income trading for Private Bank processes.
- The individual ensures the timely and accurate daily reporting requirements within defined timeframes.
- This includes monitoring of trades reporting as well researching and resolving any issues as they arrive that impact trade reporting.
- This role interacts regularly with traders and executing brokers.
