We're looking for a passionate Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Newly bar-admitted attorneys are welcome to apply and will receive a professional environment to grow their skills and make a direct impact on the lives of those in need.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent injured workers in legal claims and hearings.
- Conduct legal research, prepare, and file legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Provide clients with expert guidance throughout the workers' compensation process.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve the best outcomes.
