- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coverage and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; less than one year of related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
