Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our design team as a Design Studio Leader. You will be responsible for leading the development of interior design concepts and solutions for our electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of designers to create innovative interior designs that meet our high standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure design intent is met
- Benchmark competitor products to stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop and present design concepts to executives and stakeholders
- Work closely with studio engineers to bring designs into production
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Transportation/Automotive Design or equivalent
- 10 years' experience in automotive design studios, with a focus on interior design
- Expertise in Autodesk Alias, Blender, and Keyshot
- Ability to lead a team and communicate design ideas effectively
