The Restaurant Supervisor acts as a bridge between the management team and the service staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Micro POS experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
