Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Guest Service Representative located on-site in Memphis, TN. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and managing guest inquiries and requests. Additional tasks include answering phone calls, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and providing information about local attractions and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
