A server must be friendly, courteous, professional, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think/act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.
Schedule: We are currently seeking part-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.

Essential Functions
- Serves multiple tables, as determined by management
- Understands Room Service, Club Lounge, Banquet and Restaurants food and beverage menu
- Takes and fills customer orders
- Upsells alcohol and food items
- Uses the computer to ring orders and guest checks
- Interacts with all guests in a friendly/fast manner
- Accepts different types of payments and makes accurate change
- Maintains specific side-work and ensures the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Quickly clears and resets tables
- Checks identification of guests to ensure legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Refuses to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age
- If consuming alcoholic beverages, observes guests behavior, counts number of drinks served, and if the server feels they should not drive, offers
- Knows when to escalate situations for management intervention
- Completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
- Previous hotel/hospitality or related service industry experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum agerequirement of 18 years old or older
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions in a multilingual environment
- Must be able to pass required Alcohol service training
