As our Assistant F&B Manager, youll be the conductor of dining experience and event orchestrator, ensuring every meal and event is nothing short of spectacular. With a flair for creativity and a knack for leadership, youll oversee operations at The Wayward and our event space, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with unforgettable memories.
Responsibilities :
- Play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of The Wayward and our event space, guaranteeing top-notch service and quality.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor our amazing F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Partner with the kitchen team to craft innovative menus that delight and impress our guests.
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring every detail is perfect and every event is a hit.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all F&B areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to keep everything stocked and ready.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a smile and a solution-oriented approach.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to keep our team sharp and service-oriented.
- Work with the F&B and Hotel Leadership team to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
