Addiction Therapist

Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist provides client care under the Clinical Director's guidance, offering group and individual therapy, and collaborating on treatment plans. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and daily staffing.
• Assessing clients and developing treatment and discharge plans.
• Documenting client progress and interventions.
• Responding to psychiatric and medical emergencies.
• Maintaining professional conduct and cultural responsiveness.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master's Degree in a relevant field, appropriate licensure, and at least 2 years of experience in chemical dependency. Knowledge of confidentiality laws and Joint Commission Standards is required. A supportive environment and competitive benefits are offered.
