Job Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager supervises patient care delivery, ensuring quality standards and operational objectives are met. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services.
  • Conducting chart audits for accuracy in EMR.
  • Coordinating staff education and addressing operational issues.
  • Promoting positive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of acute care RN experience and leadership experience.
  • BSN from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current Florida RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS).

Full-time position with day shifts, offering a pay range of $36.86 - $55.29 per hour and comprehensive benefits.
