Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and lead staff according to individualized care plans.
- Participate in care planning and ensure implementation by the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current RN license required.
