Main Responsibilities:
- Assess patient functionality and design individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate treatment plans with healthcare providers and other relevant parties.
- Teach patients new skills and assist with adaptive equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in discharge planning procedures.
- Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Active therapy license and current CPR certification (if required).
- Superb communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
