IT Manager of Systems Administration
Job Summary:
Oversees the administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, firewalls, monitoring tools, and backups. Maintains and enhances server and infrastructure monitoring. Ensures best-practice security protocols are in place.
Duties:
Provides leadership and supervision for the systems administration team. Motivates, develops, and mentors the staff.
Report the team’s operational KPIs. Set objectives and measurements of success.
Manages projects and ensures implementations are thorough and reliable
Facilitates troubleshooting for more complex issues.
Designs, plans, and deploys IT solutions for customers. Consults with customers to align solutions with business needs
Ensures documentation of IT systems is accurate and maintained
Continuously enhances security protocols. Investigates and tracks security incidents.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
