Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the client. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and access control.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce features to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
- Manage data quality and perform data cleansing tasks, including deduplication, imports, and exports.
- Work closely with the development team and/or consultants on complex Salesforce configurations and integrations with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and evaluate how these updates can benefit the organization.
- Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and process documentation for users.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
- Additional Salesforce Certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features such as workflow automation, reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
