ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct SAML client onboarding.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, configure settings, and establish connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client-reported issues related to connection onboarding.
- Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC protocols.
- Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) or conduct analysis and research related to Ping Directory or PingOne.
- Willingness to support client onboarding during late evenings or weekends for production go-live, if necessary.
